Angel City have signed Mexico international forward Scarlett Camberos from Club America.
The 22-year-old, who was subjected to online harassment in February, joins NWSL side as a way of guaranteeing her safety, assurances Mexico cannot make.
The forward scored 18 goals across 41 appearances for Liga MX side Club America, three of which have come from six appearances this current season.
