Ajax Women defender Roos van der Veena has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an injury.
AFC Ajax announced the news on Saturday stating that the defender has sustained a lower leg injury. Roos van der Veena will now focus on recovery. The time frame of the recovery has not been stated.
Having arrived sc Heerenveen in the summer of 2022, the 21-year-old defender has featured five times for Ajax, scoring a goal in a 2-1 win over FC Twente.
