Ivory Coast international player, Koko Ange, has extended her contract with UDG Tenerife. She signed a two year extension on Thursday that will run through until 2025. In her speech after signing she said, “I am very happy and reached the agreement very quickly because this is my home and I feel more like a canary.”
Koko is the foreign player with most goals for Tenerife having scored 15 goals in more than 150 appearances. She is ranked seventh on the list of players who have more appearances in a Tenerife shirt.
Tenerife’s president, Sergio Batista, expressed his joy in having Koko for two more years. He described her as a committed player who gives her all in the field of play. He said, “The extension was essential. We are very happy that we will be enjoying the relationship for two more seasons.”
