Marc Skinner has insisted Ona Batlee is happy at Manchester United and that the club is working tirelessly to tie-down the highly rated full-back for many years to come.

Addressing the media in his latest press conference, Skinner said, “When I look at Ona in the face, I know how happy she is here.” Skinner added, “In training, our focus is on how we can help her to progress her abilities. I have no doubt that she loves Manchester United. I know Polly (Bancroft) and the team behind-the-scenes are working hard off the pitch to try and make her a Manchester United player for years to come.

“With all of these things, there are complexities but I know that Ona is really happy here and that we are working hard to make it still happen.”

Ona Batlle is attracting interest from a number of clubs in England and overseas.
