Jordan Nobbs has been nominated for Player for the Month award for the month of February.
Having made an emotional switch from Arsenal to Aston Villa after having spent 12-and-a-half-years at the Gunners, Jordan Nobbs is already prominent amongst the goals and that fit has seen her name amongst the list of best players for February.
Another player who impressed during the month of February is Manchester City’s Chloe Kelly who scored twice and assisted another for The Citizens.
The nominees are:
Hannah Blundell (Manchester United), Bethany England (Tottenham), Kirsty Hanson (Aston Villa), Chloe Kelly (Manchester City), Janina Leitzig (Leicester), Jordan Nobbs (Aston Villa).
Also announced are Goals of the Month and five strikes impressed the selection panel. Strikes nominated are goals from Chloe Kelly, Lauren James, Bethany England, Hannah Cain and Jordan Nobbs.
Finally nominees for February’s Women’s Super League Manager of the Month have been named and the list includes Gareth Taylor (Man City), Carla Ward (Aston Villa) and Marc Skinner (Man Utd).
